Wild Boar Hunting Report July 9, 2011

The hunt was great, a very good guide who know what he was talking about, and a exciting hunt for alligator. On the way out we look over other games as well, buffalo was special for a norwegian!
A 8 feet alligator as a result after a very exciting hunt. Alligator are tough animals who can take a bullet. Nothing in norway are this tough.
The alligator came to life again after laying on the ground for a while!
A 12 gauge took care of that :) A special trophy also whith one leg off (look at picture).
When it comes to the wild boar hunt, that was over all my expectations! Very good dog and lots of pig. Combination of good dog who made the pig stand in the bush and a exciting stalk made this hunt fun. This is a hunt I will recomend for all my friends!

Alligator Hunting Report Millunchick Party

Alligator Hunting Report Lilly Party

Florida alligator hunters Don Lilly and Sean Curb from Spring Hill, Florida each bagged a 10 foot and 11 foot alligator using a 6mm scoped rifle during a morning of alligator hunting.

The gators were 10 and almost 11 foot. I've hunted in Africa and the mountains out west and I can't say much for the guides. But Lee our gator guide was having as much fun as we were.
He knew gators and we did what we had to do to fill our tags.
I really think this was the most fun I've had on a guided hunt.It all comes down to hunting something that can eat you and a guide that didn't try to control everything that you do. We never felt unsafe but we did mix it up a little with the gators. I think Lee will do pretty much what you want to do but the idea is to fill your tag with as big a gator as you can get. The shots were close but quick.
We used 6MM Ruger rifles and they were just fine.
If I wanted a pair of boot’s I would go again tomorrow.
